The Cover Scat, specifically developed for the complex strategy of Cover Fishing (fishing on obstacles), is a no-sinker fall bait (lure without lead for falling) with a bulky body of compact dimensions, made of high-density material with a 40% salt concentration.

Despite its small size, its high mass guarantees an extraordinary casting distance. Its effectiveness in cover is ensured by two key elements:

• Snagless Design: The shape has been studied to minimize unintentional snags on obstacles, allowing it to sink precisely into the most intricate covers.
• Stabilizer Fins: The fins on the sides of the body keep the lure in a perfectly horizontal and straight fall.

Action and Body

The bulk of the Cover Scat resembles a crustacean. The ultra-dense material infused with crustacean flavors guarantees excellent castability and bass attraction.

• In a weightless fall, the lure wobbles and rolls horizontally. When used over weeds, cover, or vertical structures like poles, it attracts hidden bass.
• Guided Action: With rod action, the lure performs an underwater dog walk that mimics a fleeing crawfish.
• Combining the horizontal fall and the dog walk achieves a high catching efficacy.

The deep groove on the back is designed to increase the hook-up rate. The presence of a protrusion to hide the hook point prevents snags, allowing fishing in the thickest covers.
