Rigger the Feeding Instinct with a Fleeing Action
By using quick, twitching retrieves that mimic a fleeing baitfish, you can force even neutral fish to switch into feeding mode and strike instinctively.
Front Cup Creates Bold Water Movement Beyond Its Size
The front cup displaces a large volume of water during quick, darting “escape” actions.
Combined with the flat legs, this design creates a sharp braking effect—allowing the lure to stop instantly without drifting.
This crisp, stop-and-go contrast adds definition to the action and serves as a key trigger for reaction bites.
Tested Primarily in Smallmouth Lakes
While also tested on largemouth bass, this model was extensively field-tested in smallmouth lakes by Pro Yokoyama, the developer of the Jimmy Henge.
It delivers impressive results with techniques like shaking on a drop-shot or using a Carolina rig.
Front Cup / Hook Set Parts
The front cup, which is like a popper, moves the water aggressively.
The contrast between the compact size and the strong water displacement (or "water push") stimulates the fish's interest. It features a dedicated part for setting the hook inside the front cup.
Special-Shape Legs
Compared to the 42 and 50 sizes, the design has been changed to a vertically flattened shape. This is engineered to react more agilely to a slower presentation (or "slower retrieve").
Textured Body (or "Grain-Processed Body")
We've used a textured finish (or "grain processing") to maximize water grip. The small body is packed with meticulous details.
Salt-Injected Body
A salt-injected material is used to maintain the feeling of control (or "operability") that would otherwise be lost due to the smaller size.
