Since its debut, the Jack Hammer has dominated top-tier American tournaments time and again, earning its reputation as the world’s most powerful bladed jig. Continuing its unstoppable success, this third evolution — the Baby Jack — inherits the proven performance that wins tournaments, while expanding its versatility into new fishing scenarios.

The result of a third collaboration between Morizo Shimizu and Brett Hite, the Baby Jack takes the “Jack Hammer” concept — a lure designed to win — to the next level.

True to the name “Jack Hammer,” it delivers a high-pitch, sharp-edged vibration and sound. Its power level sits between the original Jack Hammer and the Jack Hammer SB (Stealth Blade), making it a central all-round model suitable for a wide variety of situations.

◉ Compact Yet Deep-reaching
Compared to the original lure of the same weight, the Baby Jack has a more compact silhouette. This allows it to reach deeper ranges at the same retrieve speed—or be retrieved faster at the same depth. It’s the perfect “finishing move” for catching bass that wouldn’t bite the original.

◉ Longer Casts and Shallow Versatility
Despite its smaller body, it casts even farther than the same-weight original. The lineup also includes a 1/4 oz model—a first for the Jack Hammer series—ideal for shallow water. Highly effective under heavy fishing pressure and great for bank fishing, the Baby Jack stands as a true specialist in the lineup.

■ Low-Profile, Flat Compact Head

• The wide head front allows the blade to strike against it, producing a distinctive low-pitched sound.

• The low center of gravity improves action stability and enables quick recovery after darting.

• The flat bottom design makes it easier to perform skipping casts.

• The gill grooves are shallowly carved to minimize water resistance during skipping or falling.

• A groove at the front of the head prevents the blade from detaching due to wire expansion.

• Weight marking (oz.) is displayed on the underside of the head.

■ Rear-Weighted Collar Design

By distributing weight into the collar area, the head size is reduced for a more compact silhouette and rear-centered balance.
This design enhances toughness, stabilizes flight posture, and improves casting distance and skipping performance.
Additionally, the collar functions as a keel, contributing to a stable and consistent swimming action.

■ Ultra-Thin, Ultra-Hard Stainless Small Blade

Made of 0.35mm stainless steel, combining both thinness and strength—thinner than the original (0.4mm).
This achieves a more delicate vibration while maintaining the sharp, crisp action that defines the Jack Hammer series.
A common blade size is used across all weights (1/4oz, 3/8oz, 1/2oz), reducing air resistance and enhancing casting distance while improving performance under tough conditions.

■ Custom Medium-Wire Hook

A Decoy-made hook, specially designed with a slightly smaller size and thinner wire, while maintaining nearly the same gap width as the original.
Engineered for use with softer rods and lighter lines often used in tough conditions, yet retains the strength needed for big fish.
The extended throat design transmits hooking power efficiently, keeping fish pinned securely and minimizing lost hookups.

■ Double Wire Keeper

Two high-hold wire keepers—positioned above and below—greatly increase trailer retention.
Compared to a single keeper, it provides much stronger resistance to twisting and trailer slippage, especially when using heavy trailers or cutting through weeds.
You can fish with confidence, without worrying about trailer slippage or missing bite opportunities.

■ Hand-Tied Silicone Rubber Skirt

Made from premium silicone rubber chosen for its swimming motion, water displacement, and color quality.
Featuring fewer strands than the original model for a smaller silhouette, improving both finesse performance and aerodynamic efficiency during casting.
The hand-tied binding ensures durability and natural movement, while the rear-weighted collar helps flare the skirt evenly.
Even with fewer strands, the skirt spreads moderately, moves independently, and transmits vibration clearly.

■ Egg Snap

Equipped with the Decoy Egg Snap, a cross-lock type snap renowned for its exceptional strength.
Sized down to #1.5 to match the smaller blade and minimize interference with lure movement—while maintaining ample durability and reliability.
