A previous topic was already dedicated to big game fishing for tuna, specifically analyzing the series created by Zenaq for this purpose. Obviously, the rest of the fishing system is equally important, and having a top-quality lure can truly make a difference.

D-Claw has made research and innovation the true strengths of its lures. Product development is based on their experience and feel, testing them extensively in various parts of the world to ensure their effectiveness on the most diverse predators.

Among the various masterpieces created by the genius of Katsuki "Jeff" Yamamoto, we would like to dedicate this topic to the Bubbles series, a floating diving dart pencil bait designed to cover the very first layer of water and the surface but with the advantage of being much easier and less tiring to use.

Made from a special, highly resistant resin, combined with a 1.8mm stainless steel through-wire, this lure is ready to face combat with large fish. Four sizes are offered to cover every possible type of fishing scenario, based mainly on the target and the size of the forage the fish are feeding on. Bubbles 250 for periods when the forage consists of mackerel; Bubbles 215 and Bubbles 190 are intermediate sizes for excellent castability with a more compact presentation; the Bubbles 160 is ideal for feeding on small prey.

The unique shape of the head creates a multitude of bubbles along the entire swimming trajectory and a popping sound that drives predators to attack.

Another unique feature of the Bubbles is its ability to stimulate the aggression of fish even with just a static "leave it alone" presentation, with the body's extremely natural silhouette moved by even the weakest current.

The main targets are definitely GT, tuna, and kingfish. Among the various tests carried out on this lure, there was also an expedition in Adriatic Sea in search of the king of the Mediterranean: the bluefin tuna.

As you can see, the results were certainly not lacking, with beautiful fish brought aboard and rightly released. Confirmation of how this lure is perfect and effective even in our waters.
