La filosofia alla base della serie FACT è l'efficacia assoluta: veri e propri strumenti progettati con l'unico scopo di catturare i pesci, specialmente in condizioni di forte pressione di pesca.

Il tratto distintivo di questa serie di Evergreen è la forte presenza di modelli dotati di Solid Tip (ST), ovvero cimini in carbonio pieno ad altissima sensibilità. Questa tecnologia permette di percepire le tocche più impercettibili e di trasmettere alle esche movimenti millimetrici che i cimini tubolari tradizionali non riuscirebbero a gestire
