Symphonia Trout
The “Symphonia Trout”, highly regarded and marketed in several European countries since 2016, has earned widespread recognition for its performance.
Following its debut in Japan in 2020, the series was renewed in 2023—three years after its domestic launch—to further refine the core performance required to target trout in Japanese rivers, lakes, and various fishing environments. On this occasion, the blank color was also updated.
The blank retains the sensitivity and high versatility that allow for the stress-free use of both spoons and plugs, while the new guide setting and redesigned grip further enhance its baseline performance. Despite the blank's slim profile, the rod is fully capable of handling sudden fights with large fish, a quality already proven in international markets.
Simultaneously, the short “KT” series of the “SomeRise” lineup was also renewed. Added in 2020 for the Japanese market, this series was supervised by Hokkaido fishing guide Hideaki Kojima, a renowned expert from the "trout kingdom."
Subjected to repeated field testing in Hokkaido and further perfected, the new version maintains the portability, versatility, and power of its predecessor. However, it replaces the split grip with a straight handle, shifting maneuverability and control into an even higher gear for more thrilling fights.
Finally, the new blank color and the upgraded material of the wooden reel seat provide a more premium feel, while the logo on the blank has been redesigned, drawing inspiration from the footprint of the Hokkaido brown bear (Ezo higuma).
The “SomeRise Custom Model”, evolved in the wilderness of Hokkaido, is designed by GOLDENMEAN for anglers who want to enjoy fishing in waters all over the world.
