1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the company owning the domain store.plus-fishing.com, hereinafter referred to as “ASCENSUS PROPAGANDA INTERNATIONAL SRL”, and any person making online purchases on store.plus-fishing.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

These conditions may be subject to amendments. The date of publication on the website corresponds to the date of entry into force.

2. Object of the Contract

Under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

  • ASCENSUS sells,
  • and the Customer purchases,

the goods offered for sale on the website store.plus-fishing.com.The contract is concluded exclusively online through the Customer’s access to the website and the submission of a purchase order following the procedure indicated on the website.

3. Conclusion and Effectiveness of the Contract

3.1 Order Confirmation

The sale shall be considered concluded when ASCENSUS sends an order confirmation email to the Customer.The confirmation email includes:

  • Customer details
  • Order details
  • Price of purchased goods
  • Shipping and accessory costs
  • Delivery address

The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data and must promptly notify ASCENSUS of any corrections.

3.2 Product Description

ASCENSUS undertakes to describe and present the products sold on the website as accurately as possible.

4. Product Availability

Plus Fishing is a European distributor operating through multiple sales channels, including an online store.Product availability is updated daily.In the event of partial or total unavailability of ordered products, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose to:

  • Accept delivery of available products only;
  • Modify or partially amend the order;
  • Wait for the availability of missing products and agree on a new delivery time;
  • Request a refund for unavailable products;
  • Cancel the order entirely.

5. Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be made exclusively through the methods indicated on store.plus-fishing.com.For payments made by credit card or PayPal:

  • If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been recorded and the amount reserved,
  • ASCENSUS will coordinate with the payment provider to cancel the transaction relating to the unavailable goods.

The order amount will only be charged once the order is complete and ready for shipment.

5.2 Payment Security

Payment communications and transmitted data are protected using secure connections and safety protocols applied by payment providers.

6. Prices

6.1 All prices displayed on store.plus-fishing.com are expressed in Euros and include VAT.6.2 Shipping costs:

  • Are indicated separately,
  • Are calculated during checkout before payment.

6.3 ASCENSUS reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
However, products will be invoiced at the price indicated at the time of order confirmation.

7. Compliance Guarantee

If the Customer receives products that are defective or not compliant with the order, they must notify customer service by email within 14 days of receipt.The email must specify whether the Customer requests:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund.

Replacement is possible only with the same model, color, and size.ASCENSUS will arrange courier collection, subject to availability.ASCENSUS reserves the right to verify the reported defect.
If confirmed:

  • Replacement goods will be sent, or
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Product Warranty

All products benefit from:

  • A contractual warranty (duration specified in product sheets), and
  • A legal conformity warranty of 24 months under applicable law.

To benefit from warranty services, the Customer must retain the invoice sent via email after order confirmation.

9. Delivery Conditions

9.1 Shipping

Products are delivered via express courier to the address provided by the Customer.

9.2 Invoicing

For each order, ASCENSUS issues an invoice and sends it via email upon order fulfillment.Invoices are issued based on the data provided by the Customer during checkout.
No changes can be made after the invoice has been issued.

10. Liability

10.1 ASCENSUS shall not be held liable for failure or delay due to force majeure or unforeseen events, including internet network disruptions.10.2 Product availability is indicative only and does not constitute a contractual obligation.
ASCENSUS shall not be held responsible for product unavailability.

11. Website Access

The Customer has the right to access the website for consultation and purchases only.Any other use, especially for commercial purposes, is prohibited.All content (visual, audio, technological elements) remains the property of ASCENSUS and is protected by Intellectual Property Rights.

12. Integrity Clause

If one or more provisions of these General Terms are declared invalid under applicable law or by court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and fully effective.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law.Any dispute not settled amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Velletri (Italy).
